Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to view course content for the specified access period. You may not share login details or redistribute content.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or copy course materials.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with site operations.
• Respect others; abusive behavior is not tolerated.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course is completed. Contact us via the contact form.

All content, trademarks, and designs are owned by FruitfulNest Studio or its licensors. You may not resell or reproduce content beyond fair use.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
